Pathway Mortgage was founded in 1998 in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Over the past twenty years, founder Kevin Love and co-owner Jeff Henry have steadily grown the business into a high performing, high producing independent mortgage brokerage firm across the South Carolina Upstate and Midlands.
Over the years, the team has grown a little, and the business volume has continued to increase, but our primary purpose has never changed: making South Carolina a better place to live by helping our local residents find the right path to your home.
Our slogan, “The Right Path to Your Home,” was born out of the idea that there are few services more important in our local community than honest service in the mortgage lending world.
